Procedure

  1. Soak the soup ingredients, fish maw, and shiitake mushrooms in room-temperature water for 30 minutes until softened.
  2. Blanch the diced pork in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
  3. Place all ingredients into a pot of boiling water.
  4. Simmer over medium-low heat for 90 minutes.
