The latter is registered in Hong Kong under the company registration number 2828617, with registered office at 77 Connaught Road, Central, HONG KONG.
We would like to draw your attention to the purchasing terms and our privacy policy contained in the TOS. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have your parents or guardians understand CHONG KIO's privacy policy before registering or using any services on this website . However, we reserve the right to accept orders only from customers who are at least 18 years old.

The effectiveness of all orders depends on their acceptance and supply availability. The items you have placed in your shopping cart will not be reserved and can still be purchased by other customers.
All products sold by CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal are in stock and can be shipped from our distribution centre. However, in some cases, we may need to wait for our suppliers to ship the products, and as a result, shipping may not be processed immediately . Our customer service representatives will contact you promptly in such cases. Please note that we will notify you via email in these situations and refund the payment to your credit card/debit card/electronic wallet within 30 days if the item cannot be shipped. CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal will retain your transaction records for at least one year.

The prices displayed on the website are in Macau Patacas (MOP $).
To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes, and shipping fees are displayed on our website, the website calculates duties and other taxes based on the country or region selected from the destination list. The final payment currency and the converted amount based on the currency exchange rate of the day will be displayed according to the payment method you input.
If the selected shipping country imposes any duties or other taxes, as the recipient, you will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and domestic sales taxes levied by the destination country. Import duties or other taxes will be directly handled by the shipping company or the customs broker you designate. Only by paying these taxes will your goods be cleared and delivered. Since we cannot provide the exact amount of these charges, we will seek your confirmation via email before processing orders with unpaid import taxes. Please pay attention to this email to ensure timely delivery of your order.
All prices and promotions will remain valid as advertised. The prices will be consistent with the prices at the time the order is accepted, except in cases of patent errors.
Product prices may vary based on currency exchange rates, discounts, promotions, and other commercial factors. The prices shown in your order will be based on the prevailing prices at the time the order is accepted.
If your credit card or debit card cannot make payments in Macau Patacas, Hong Kong Dollars, or Chinese Yuan, the final price will be based on the currency exchange rate applied by your issuing institution on the day of the transfer.
5. Price Adjustment Policy
CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal is willing to adjust the selling price of regular-priced items purchased within 7 days prior to the effective date of a price reduction. Please notify our customer service representatives immediately to follow up. Once your request is approved, we will notify you via email, and the approved price adjustment will be credited to your CHONG KIO account in the form of points, valid for 12 months.
Price adjustments cannot be made for items purchased during a price reduction sale or any special promotional items with temporary price reductions. Once a product is sold at a discounted price, even if the price is further reduced, price adjustments cannot be made.
6. Order Acceptance
After you have selected the products and successfully made the payment, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email signifies that we have accepted your order, and a contract between you and CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal is established. The place of contract formation is the Macau Special Administrative Region, and the language of the contract is Chinese.
Our third-party payment system and designated delivery partners do not have the authority to accept any orders on behalf of CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal.
In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse your order, such as when we cannot obtain payment authorization, specific products are subject to transportation restrictions, ordered items are out of stock or canceled for other reasons, or you do not meet the eligibility conditions specified in our TOS.
We may also refuse to process transactions and thereby refuse to accept transactions for any reason or decide at any time to refuse service to anyone. You can make payments using Visa, MasterCard, MPay, and AliPay. If you choose to pay with Visa or MasterCard, the order will be converted to Hong Kong dollars and settled in Hong Kong dollars. If you choose to pay with MPay or AliPay, the order will be settled in Macau patacas, and AliPay will convert the amount to Chinese yuan based on the exchange rate of the day for payment deduction.
CCHONG KIO Chinese Herbal will send the ordered products after deducting and settling the payment from your account. You must confirm that the credit card/debit card used belongs to you or that you have obtained explicit authorization from the cardholder to use the card. All credit card/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization from the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from your payment card issuer's refusal to authorize payment to CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal.
We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of our website. All credit card transactions on our website are processed using Datacash, an online payment gateway that encrypts your credit card details in a secure hosting environment.

9. Insurance and Delivery
CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal provides insurance coverage for every order. The insurance is valid from the time CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal dispatches the goods until they are delivered to your shipping address. We require a signature for all delivered goods, at which point the responsibility for the purchased products transfers to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (e.g., as a gift), you acknowledge that their signature (or the delivery address) will serve as evidence of CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal's delivery of the goods and fulfillment of the order, and the responsibility will transfer in the same manner.

10. Exchange
If you receive goods that are different from your order, you must contact our customer service representative and submit a request for exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. If the product packaging has not been opened and our customer service representative confirms that the product was dispatched by CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal, we will send you an exchange confirmation via email and arrange the exchange process. Please note that we only accept exchanges for goods that have been dispatched incorrectly compared to the order. We do not accept exchanges for any other reasons . If the returned goods are confirmed to be correct, we will refund the cost of the goods to your CHONG KIO account as points.
Our Policy
All items to be returned or exchanged must be brand new, unused, unaltered, and still have all the original CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal tags and packaging intact, including the intact disposable seal sticker. If the returned goods are damaged or the disposable seal sticker has been torn open, we will not accept the exchange request and will return the goods to the customer and/or reject the refund request. 。

5. Price Adjustment Policy
CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal is willing to adjust the selling price of regular-priced items purchased within 7 days prior to the effective date of a price reduction. Please notify our customer service representatives immediately to follow up. Once your request is approved, we will notify you via email, and the approved price adjustment will be credited to your CHONG KIO account in the form of points, valid for 12 months.
Price adjustments cannot be made for items purchased during a price reduction sale or any special promotional items with temporary price reductions. Once a product is sold at a discounted price, even if the price is further reduced, price adjustments cannot be made.
6. Order Acceptance

9. Insurance and Delivery
CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal provides insurance coverage for every order. The insurance is valid from the time CHONG KIO Chinese Herbal dispatches the goods until they are delivered to your shipping address.
